  • Printing Press ERP & CRM System is basically connected to Presses. In this work there is three modules CRM, ERP and Accounting. So Starting from admin will create a client profile by client’s details add on User Id and Password.
  • Client can apply for a Job work using their account created by admin, they need to submit Job work file, Job Type, Job Quality, Job Quantity.
  • Admin will accept the Job using watching attached file and change its status from accept to On Work. After Work to On Printing, then Print to On Ready to Delivery.
  • Clients are regularly so they have their own account here, either they have credit or debit amount already by manually. So using this they directly order and get delivery at home managed by admin area.
  • Client has credited/debited amount here, so have to manage accounting. When any client’s money transfers done on Press name, admin add amount in client’s account.
  • Accountant can add daily expenses and Job work incomes, after that they can manage daily accounting, and get idea about available account.
  • Business to Business and Business to Customer Portal is concept to base on education supplies. B2b is applicable to University and B2c for Education.
  • In B2b portion Institutes/ Universities and their head department has an account, using this account they can apply for their required services to buy. Mostly services based portion is included.
  • In B2b Institutes/Universities or their head will send an inquiry regarding related services and that will reach to vendor and vendor can contact directly for further processes.
  • In B2c Vendor will upload it’s product based services or instruments related to educations.
  • Same as B2b Institutes/Universities or their head will see products and if they find it’s useful than the can apply for products and buy it, No payment gateway used for this process It’s manually.
  • Admin need to add Car types, Car’s Automobile Services with price, Auto parts with price, Tax. Auto parts are managed by stock management after adding auto part’s stock will bill no.
  • Automobile ERP & CRM System is for Automobiles or Auto cares. Admin need to add client with its car details. After creating makes they can create an estimate of car’s auto services.
  • When client conforms for service it will approved as job work and after services estimate converted to bill. Bill has two parts, one is automobile services and another is auto parts list.
  • Admin has accounting section in which it can manage its rojmel, daily income and daily expenses. Profit & Loss Sheet by this user can see its regular incomes and expenses by ledger wise. Pending bills, Pending bills alerts.
  • Ecommerce means online shopping. In ecommerce technology gadgets are covered like laptops, desktops, printers, mobiles, accessories etc.
  • One user admin need to add products and its amount and basic details. Other client side they have an account created by admin and they can order.
  • Clients are basically dealers who are purchasing in higher quantity of products. Not home delivery available, but client needs to visit place where their products are stored.
  • Job Portal is basically for searching jobs with matching criteria, Apply jobs, Search Candidates as Company/Organization, Messages & Notifications.
  • Job portal is huge thing but I have worked in some of modules like Job Seeker/Company Registration, Job Posting, Job Apply, Search Matching Job, Resume Creations, Search Candidates, and Invite Candidates for interview.
  • Content management is for those organizations that has huge amount of paper work and managing customer’s details, employee’s details, product’s details etc.
  • They have not enough time and storage of papers and files, documents, computer files. I have worked on a company’s content management system to handle these problems.

  • A School Mirror is an Android Application for School Management handling. Application has four main parts that is Gcorner, Circular, Resources, and Homework.
  • Basically there is Three Panels. For Students, Teachers and Parents and main panel handled by administrative staff to communicate with other users.
  • Gcorner is kind of innovation purpose, if there is any innovation activity of news found in school than this will notify to everyone by this application and they can read and see images regarding it.
  • Circular for any notice and circum from Administrator staff to Students, Parents and Teachers.
  • Resources is for education, playground, sports or any kind of services provided or allocated to students or teachers, they will be notified and can use it with permission of authorized.
  • Homework is from teachers to student, teacher will send all homework on application so students parents notified for their children’s homework.
  • In Additional Administrative staff can send personal message to anyone and every user can manage their daily activity with it.
